Fabulous Folded #59: LAUNCH Side Step Card Cutting Dies

I already have tis cutting die and it's one of my favorites. I'm wondering how Debbie cut the diamond paper on a regular machine i have tried it several times with different machines and different shims and was finally told I would need a metal plate to cut the paper on. I'm wondering what Debbie used.

I have this die and it is so old that the wonderful step by step illustrated directions on the back of the package are not there. It IS from HOTP. Thank you for the great ideas.. Looks like I will have to use it, soon.
