Happy Birthday to You! 5”x6 1/2”
Place a flat card on the scoreboard and score at 7 1/2”. Make that score a mountain fold. Take a folded 5”x6 1/2” white card and remove 4” from the card front, leaving a 1”x6 ½” flap. Use extra sticky tape to attach that flap to the back of the first card base.
Lay folded card down with the folds on the left. Cut 4 1/2”x6” blue 12x12 Steampunk For Everyone cardstock and mat on orange cardstock leaving 1/8” borders. Glue to the card.
Trace the “Exaggerated” star #1 from the template onto metallic gold cardstock and cut out. Trace the “Exaggerated” star #2 onto the holographic stars gold cardstock and cut out. Glue the star #2 to the center of star #1 then foam tape to the center of the card.
From the Delightful Die-Cuts Balloon Party A5 Pad foam tape the “Happy Birthday to You!” balloon cake die-cut to the center of star #2. Foam tape “Best Wishes” die-cut balloon to the bottom left of the star. Glue and foam tape three balloons and bows die-cuts to the top right corner. Place gold Star Dazzles™️ over the blue cardstock.
Open the card. Cut two 4 1/2”x6” of blue Solid cardstock and glue to the left and middle sections. From white cardstock use the Easy Duo Display Card Cutting Dies to cut two long strips and five crossbars using your die cutting machine. Assemble following instructions on the die package with the long strips at the top and bottom of the card and three crossbars at the top plus two at the bottom. Cut two 1/2”x6” acetate strips and tape to the back of the innermost top and bottom crossbars. Tape a balloon to the top of each strip.
Cut and tape a ½”x4” and ½”x2” acetate strip to the top back of the center bar and tape a balloon onto the end of each. Tape a ½”x2” strip of acetate to the back of the third crossbar and attach a balloon to it. Cut a ½”x4” acetate srhip and tape to the back of the long strip as shown. Tape the rainbow to the bottom and a balloon on top of it.
Cut four 2 ¼”x1” holographic gold stars and glue to the left and middle sections of the long strips leaving 1/8” white borders. Cut two 4 ¾”x1” holographic gold stars and glue to the long strips. Glue and foam tape die-cut balloons to the blue areas and draw strings for them with a black pen. Place gold Star Dazzles™️ stickers on the blue cardstock as shown.
Cover the last card section with holographic gold stars. Trace and cut out a “Basic” star #1 on the template out of gold metallic cardstock and “Basic” star #2 out of blue cardstock. Glue the blue star onto the gold star. Cut “Basic” star #3 out of gold metallic cardstock. Cut #4 out of blue cardstock. Glue the blue star onto the gold star. Foam tape the stars as shown. Foam tape the “love” balloon to the bottom left. Foam tape the heart balloon to top right. Place “Happy Birthday” Dazzles™️ Stickers in the center of the large star. Place two Star Dazzles™️ beside it and place another on the “Love” balloon.
