It's Your Birthday

For the card base cut two pieces from printed Adorable Scorable from the "Fluttering Wishes" collection. With the border along the bottom cut one 5"x6" piece and another 5"x6 1/2". With the scoreboard score the 6 1/2" piece so there is a 1/2" tab at the top. Place the tab over the back of the other piece along the top so the printed Adorable Scorable is showing on the inside of the card.

Place three blue shimmer Diamond Sparkles in the top left and bottom right corners as shown. Glue the large outer Topper frame to the front 1/4" from the fold. Foam tape the inner Topper to the center. Glue the "It's Your Birthday" Topper to the top right corner of inside Topper. Glue a medium Ocean Jade flower below. Make and Zot™️ a 2" wide pink bow in the center between the two Toppers. From the Song Birds 3-D Paper Tole select images 2, 3, and 4 from the lower area of the sheet. Build them up with foam tape and secure to the lower left corner. Glue a large ocean jade flower and a small canary flower below the bird as shown.

Card inside: Cut a 5"x6" piece of the corresponding bird cage insert and glue to the reverse side of card front. 

Glue the medium birds Topper 1/2" from the bottom and left side. From the Paper Tole sheet select the previously unused first image from the card front and trim out the bird, branch, and leaves. Glue this to the top right corner of the Topper. Foam tape the "Especially for You" topper below it and Zot™️ a 1 1/2" pink bow off center at the top. Glue a small Ocean Jade flower to the right of the bow. Place blue shimmer Diamond Sparkles as shown.
