Happy Birthday easel card 5”x6”

    1. Select one card and place with the fold at the top. Trim ½” off the long edge. Measure down 

2 ½” from the fold on each side of the card. From each 2 ½” point place a ruler to the center of the card bottom and draw a line. Cut along that line on each side of the card. 

    2. Place the open card on the scoreboard and score along the 2 ½” line. Cover the top of the card with speckles Sweet Moments paper.

    3. Trace the shape given and cut out of blue Flit & Flutter cardstock. Attach the bottom to the bottom of the card using extra sticky tape. 

    4. Place brown thin line Dazzles™ around the blue cardstock. Use the jewel picker to place tiny blue jewel Dazzles™ as shown. 

    5. Use the 3” wide square die and speckled paper to make a square. Glue to the center of the blue cardstock. 

    6. Glue #1 image of the sweets on the card. Foam tape #3 over the matching art. With a toothpick place Light & Fluffy over the whipped cream. Let dry. Place white “Happy Birthday” tiny words & phrases Dazzles™ at the bottom.

    7. Inside: Cover the inside with light blue Flit & Flutter. Trace the shape of the card onto Speckled paper. Cut down each side by 1/8”. Glue to the card.

    8. Use the 3 1/8” square die to cut light blue Flit & Flutter. Glue on point. Place two brown thin line Dazzles™ on each side of the cardstock. Place a medium blue Dazzles™ at each corner.

    9. Foam tape image #2 to the card then foam tape #4 over the matching art. Use a toothpick to apply Light & Fluffy over the whipped cream. Let dry. Place white “Happy thoughts” as shown.
