I have to agree with what Barbara said. I think they are burners. Since it is an old fashioned stove, burners back then stuck up a bit. Those cards are really adorable. I, too, would think it nice if LeNae also had written instructions like Teresa and Heidi, although I would hate to see fewer Webisodes because she has to spend time creating instructions, so please carry on what you are doing with the videos that are so inspiring.
