If you lose the pins, we have replacements with Dritz Color Ball Pins that are rust-resistant stainless steel (4022584).

Ok, but very small - note that they hold 1/2 oz. -- about 2 tablespoons' worth of glue. Tip is nicely small and precision-type. Bottle is soft and squeezable.
