NOEL Card

Cover the card with light blue swirl paper, cut a 6 1/4”x4 3/4” rectangle of blue star paper and attach to the card front. Cut a 3 1/2”x2 3/4” piece of blue stripe paper and add a large jumping Reindeer Dazzle™. Mat with blue swirls and again with blue weave papers and then glue to the card front.

Attach “NOEL” to blue weave paper, trim and mat with blue swirls paper. Attach below the reindeer focal. Attach Star Dazzles™ around the focal and on the stars paper. Add the Dazzles™ border to the left of the card, as shown. Zot a ribbon knot the lower right of the focal.

Inside the card: Use the transfer sheet to place “Tis the Season” on blue weave paper. Mat with light blue swirls paper and again with blue stripe paper. Add a Reindeer and star as shown
