Thinking of You

    1. You’ll need two blank cards. Glue the back of one to the front of the other making a three-panel piece. Lay flat and score 2 ½” from each long end. Fold those score lines into mountain folds with the other score lines in valley folds.

    2. Measure 3” from the bottom of the card ends. Draw a line from the 3” mark to the edge of the closest fold. Cut along the line but keep one of the triangles you’ll cut off.

    3. Glue 2 ¼”x6” green gingham to each full panel (not the cut panels). Cover the front panels with asparagus suede. Place white Thin Line Dazzles™ along the outside edges.

    4. Taking the triangle you saved, cut off 1/16” from each side. Use this to cut another piece of green gingham. Turn the triangle over and cut another green gingham. Use extra sticky tape to attach over the bottom of the suede. 

    5. Using the Oval dies, cut white glitter with the 3 1/8” wide oval. Cut another white glitter 2 3/8” wide. Then cut a scalloped asparagus 2 ¾” wide. Use extra sticky tape to glue them together. The tape the large roses creative cut in the center. Tape the left side ONLY to the left panel.

    6. Right panel: Use the 2 3/8” wide oval die to cut white glitter cardstock and the 1 5/8” to cut another. Use the 2” scallop to cut asparagus suede. Use extra sticky tape to attach the ovals then tape a small creative cut in the center. The right side of this piece is taped to ONLY the right panel.

    7. Inside: Cut 3 ¼”x6” white glitter and either mat it on asparagus suede or cut two 1”x6” pieces of asparagus and tape one to each long edge. Glue into the card center. Tape a rose creative cut as shown. Place “Just because” tiny words & phrases Dazzles™ as shown.
