Lots of Hugs Easel Card
1. Cut the card to be 5”x5”. Use the Scoreboard to score a line parallel to the fold and measuring 2 ½” from the fold. This will make the easel card.
2. Mat 4 ½”x2” stripe Maya’s Garden paper on Rich Mirri with 1/8” borders. Attach to the bottom of the card front.
3. Cut 3 ¾”x3 ¾” floral Maya’s Garden paper. From the bottom point measure ¾” on each side and place a dot there. Draw a line between the dots and cut. Mat on Rich Mirri with 1/8” borders. Turn as a diamond and with the trimmed off area at the bottom of the card ONLY attach the bottom half of the diamond to the bottom half of the card.
4. Glue Sunshine flowers and place silver Butterfly Dazzles™ as shown. Remove a Foiled Acetate Butterfly and place ¼” Extra Sticky Tape along the body. Fold on each side of the body and secure to the card.
5. Cut 4 ½”x 4 ½” Maya’s Garden paper and place on a craft mat. Use a Blender Brush to apply Spearmint ink on the edges. Mat on Rich Mirri with 1/8” borders. Attach to the card inside.
6. Mat three individual flower die-cuts on Rich Mirri and foam tape as shown. This will hold the easel. Glue Sunshine flowers and place silver Butterfly Dazzles™ as shown. Place “Lots of Hugs” Dazzles™ as the bottom.
7. Inside top: Mat 4 ¼”x2” blue paper on Rich Mirri with 1/8” borders. Attach to the inside top of the card just above the fold. Place one silver Butterfly Dazzles™ as shown.
