With the fold at the top rub the roasted pumpkin ink pad directly over all the edges. Tape dark blue 6 1/4”x 4 3/4” paper from the Hunkydory Textile Fabric and Fibers 8 x 8 Paper Pad to the card front leaving a 1/16” Roasted Pumpkin border.
Mat 5 1/2”x 3 1/2” blue dotted paper from the Paper Pad on gold glitter cardstock with 1/8” borders on three sides. Glue flush to the right side of the card. Mat 3”x2” blue dotted paper on gold glitter with 1/8” borders and glue ¼” from the left side and ¼” from the card bottom.
Remove the champagne glasses Topper, add 3-D Crystal Lacquer to the glasses and allow time to dry. Mat the topper on gold glitter with 1/8” borders. Foam tape as shown. Foam tape and tape “Top Man” Topper on the top right of champagne Topper. Foam tape the left end and tape remaining area of “Time To Celebrate In Style” Topper to champagne Topper on the lower left corner. Make and Zot™️ a 2” wide blue bow from the Glimmer Ribbon Set and place over the end of the “Time to Celebrate in Style” Topper. Place Dazzles™️ as shown.
Card inside: Tape a 6 1/4”x 4 3/4 piece of the dark blue paper to card base leaving 1/16” white and inked borders. Cut a 6 1/8”x 3 3/8” strip of the blue dotted paper and mat on gold glitter cardstock flush to the ends and tape onto blue base leaving 1/8” dark blue borders on the left and right and 3/4” along the top. Cut another strip measuring 1 7/8”x 4 5/8” and mat onto gold glitter cardstock flush at both ends. Foam tape over first strip 1/2” from the left and leaving 1/16” dark blue borders top and bottom.
Cut out the background from the “Time to Celebrate in Style” Topper sheet and Tape over dark blue paper then trim around. Foam tape “Congratulations” Topper in the center. Make and Zot™️ a 2” wide blue bow from the Glimmer Ribbon Set and place above Topper. Place Dazzles™️ as shown.
