Birthday Wreath Card

LeNae used Dotted Duos Papers #1 and #2, Center Step Die-Cut Cards and Finesse Noir Black Ink Pad. She colored with Tri Blend Pale Pink & Light Yellow Markers. She added a Light Pink Ribbon Set bow and shaded the white cardstock with Pink Cat’s Eye Queue Ink Pad applied with Blender Brushes.
