For the card: Trace the patterns (shown below) and cut one box card back, one front, and three braces from cardstock. Score on the dashed lines and crease all the scores in mountain folds.
On the front, place tape on the inside surface of the narrow flap. Adhere this flap to the card back on the tall side edge, aligning the flap’s crease with that edge. On the card back, place tape on the outside surface of the narrow flap. Adhere this flap to the card front, aligning the crease with edge. This will create a box shape.
Cut 3 7/8"x5¼" cardstock. Cut 3 5/8"x5" Orchid & Cats tan flourishes paper and glue it centered on the cardstock. Glue the lower half of the cardstock to the inside card back, aligning the lower edges. Cut 3 5/8"x5" Orchid & Cats border paper with the border on the left and glue it centered on the card back.
Cut 3¾"x1 7/8" Orchid & Cats ivory flourishes paper and glue it centered on the box front. Trace and cut the paper pattern twice from Orchid & Cats pink border paper, placing the border along the bottom and flipping the pattern for one of the papers. Glue the papers centered on the box outer side panels.
On each brace, place double-sided tape on the outer surface of each end panel. Cut three 3¼"x 5/8" pieces of Orchid & Cats striped paper and glue one centered on each brace middle panel. Adhere the braces to the inner box sides on the inside, spacing them ½" apart.
Use double-sided tape to attach the large window die-cut to the back so it extends 1½" above the top edge. Foam tape a 1" butterfly die-cut to the window at the upper left. Attach the sitting cat to the back brace on the right and the sleeping cat to the middle brace on the left. Attach “life is better with cats” die-cut to the front brace on the right.
