Card front: Cut a 10"x6 1/2" piece of purple Adorable Scorable, place horizontally and score at 5". Place with the fold at the top and go over the fold a few times with a bone folder.
Cut a 6 1/8"x4 1/2" yellow Adorable Scorable and glue the balloon image in the center. Center the third die in onto the balloon image and die cut out. Save the evacuated piece for the inside. Position the outer frame centered over the card base and trace the window onto the base and die cut. Glue the yellow Adorable Scoreable to the card matching up the window edges.
Make and Zot™️ a 2 1/2" wide orange bow in the top left corner. Place the green script Dazzles™️ at the bottom right and fill in the loops of the letters with the yellow innies from the yellow set so the image doesn't show through the letters. Place green jewel Dazzles™️ around the greeting.
Card inside: Cover with teal Adorable Scoreable. Glue the balloon piece to fit seamlessly into the window then press into place. Cut out all of the remaining images to build up layers on the center balloon with foam squares. Add green jewel Dazzles™️ along the green balloon stripe. Place the "best wishes" Dazzles™️ along the bottom with some gold jewel Dazzles™️ as shown. Make and Zot™️ a 1" bow at the top right corner keeping it out of the window view.
