Gingham #2 Tunnel Birthday Card
For the card front: Place the card with the fold on the left. Cut 4¾"x6¼" Gingham #2 pink gingham paper and glue it centered on the front. Cut 1½"x6¼" Dotted Duos #2 pink mini dot paper and mat the right long edge on Gingham #2 pink cardstock with a 1/8" border. Glue it to the gingham paper, aligning the left edges.
Place a gold border Dazzles™ on the mini dot paper, 1" from the left edge, and trim the excess. Place gold “happy birthday” Dazzles™ at the upper right. Assemble the bottom and top layers of the purple butterfly topper with foam tape between the layers, then foam tape it to the front near the bottom. Set the middle layer aside for step 8.
Remove the bright pink butterfly die-cuts from the package and set the bottom and top layers aside for the inside. Cut the pink butterfly and largest flower from the middle layer die-cut. Foam tape the butterfly below the sentiment as shown. Glue the large flower to extend from under the purple butterfly flower cluster at the lower right.
For the inside: Cut two 3½"x5½" Dotted Duos purple mini dot papers and glue to the inside, centering them along the center fold. Cut 9½"x6½" Gingham #2 blue cardstock, then score and fold in half to make a 4¾"x6½" card with the blue on the inside. Cut two 3½"x6¼" gingham #2 blue gingham papers and glue one centered on each panel.
Center the 4¾"x4" rectangle die on the opened blue card and die cut the window. Place double-sided tape on the cardstock back along each side edge. Align the side edges with the card’s side edges and secure the blue card to the inside.
Foam tape the top and bottom layers of the bright blue butterfly set together. Glue it across the lower left corner of the blue window. Glue the bottom layer of the bright pink butterfly set from step 3 across the upper right corner of the blue window. Place white “the more candles” and “the bigger the wish” Dazzles™ on the purple mini dot paper as shown.
Cut 9"x6½" Gingham #2 pink cardstock. Score and fold the cardstock in the center to create a 4½"x6½" card. Cut two 4¼"x6¼" Gingham #2 pink gingham papers and glue them centered on the pink panels. Place the 5½"x4½" rectangle die on the center of the pink card and die cut the window. Place silver “celebrate” Dazzles™ in the upper left corner.
