For the card & front: Open the card, then bring each side edge in to the center fold and crease. Cut 4¾"x6¼" Gingham #2 coral gingham paper, then cut it in half vertically to create two 2 3/8"x6¼" papers. Place two gold thin line Dazzles™ near the upper and lower edges of each paper, trimming the excess. Glue the papers to the front panels.
Punch out the two kitten die-cuts shown. Mat the square die-cut on Gingham #2 coral cardstock with 1/16" borders, then foam tape it to the lower right front. Glue a ¾" coral posie and small leaf to the die-cut as shown. Glue the scalloped circle die-cut just to the left front as shown, then glue a ladybug to it.
For the inside: Cut two 2¼"x6¼" Gingham #2 gray gingham papers and glue one centered on each side panel. Cut 4¾"x6¼" Gingham #2 coral gingham paper and place a gold thin line Dazzles™ near the lower edge, trimming the excess. Glue the paper to the center panel.
Punch out the kitten and sentiment die-cuts shown. Mat the kitten on Gingham #2 coral cardstock with 1/16" borders, then on gray cardstock with ¼" borders. Foam tape it and the sentiment to the center panel near the bottom as shown.
For the easel panel: Cut 4 7/8"x7" white cardstock and place it horizontally. Score it ½" and 3¾" from the left end. Crease both scores in mountain folds, then unfold. Place Extra Sticky tape on the back of the ½" tab. Position the cardstock over the center panel, then wrap the tab to the card back with the crease at the card top and adhere it.
Cut two 4 5/8"x3" Gingham #2 gray gingham paper and glue one centered on each easel panel. Place a gold thin line Dazzles™ near the upper edge of the top panel and near the lower edge of the bottom panel, trimming the excess.
Punch out the kitten and sentiment die-cuts shown. Glue the lower half of the kitten die-cut to the lower easel panel. Foam tape the sentiment at the lower right, then glue a ladybug as shown. To display the card, open it and tuck the easel panel bottom behind the lower kitten and sentiment die-cuts.
For the bellyband: Cut 12"x1¾" Gingham #2 coral cardstock. Place the center of the strip on the card’s center back, then wrap the ends to the front, making sure the band isn’t too tight—it needs to easily slip on and off the card. Overlap the band ends and use double-sided tape to secure them.
