Poppy Barrow 3D Decoupage Card

Instructions:

1. For the card front: Place the card with the fold at the top. Swipe the Red Pastel ink pad over the center front until it’s solidly covered. Repeat with the Earth Red around the outside, then use the Red Pastel pad to blend where the two colors meet. Spritz water over the front, then let the card dry completely.

2. Place jewel Dazzles™ on the corner designs and “sending” and “smiles” Dazzles™ on the front as shown. Remove poppy barrow layers 1-5 from the background and use foam tape to construct the decoupage design. Glue it to the center front, then place jewel Dazzles in the flower centers.

3. For the inside: Cut 4½"x3½" green Dotted Duos paper and mat it on dark green cardstock with ⅛" borders. Glue it to the inside center. Remove the P1-P3 die-cuts from the backing and construct the design with foam tape. Glue it centered on the dotted paper. Place jewel Dazzles™ in the flower centers and “birthday” and “wishes” Dazzles™ as shown.
