For the card: Cut 12"x6½" navy Blue Persuasion Cardstock and place it horizontally. Score it vertically at 2", 6", and 10½", from the left edge. Crease the 6" score in a mountain fold with navy on the outside. With the crease on the left, fold both of the remaining scores in valley folds back over the card front.
For the left front panel: Cut 3¾"x6¼" Blue Persuasion dark blue tapestry paper (avoiding the flowers). Cut 5/8"x6¼" Finely Brushed sheet and remove the backing. Mat the left long edge on white (the back side of any Blue Persuasion cardstock) with a 1/16" border. Wrap a 7" length of light blue sparkle ribbon lengthwise over the center of the blue strip, securing the ends to the back. Attach the strip to the dark blue swirls paper, ¼" from the left edge, then glue the paper to the left front panel.
Remove the “hello friend” die-cut from the sheet and foam tape it over the ribbon near the upper edge. Knot a 4" length of the same ribbon and glue it to the top of the die-cut. Glue a 1¼" and a 7/8" bloom below the knot as shown.
For the center front (white) panel: Cut 1¾"x6¼" Blue Persuasion light blue tiles paper and glue it centered on the panel. Die cut the Blue Persuasion die from the Finely Brushed sheet (you may need to add a cardstock shim in your sandwich for extra pressure). Remove the backing and attach the die-cut centered on the tiles paper.
For the right front (navy) panel: Cut 1¼"x6¼" Blue Persuasion dark blue tapestry paper and glue it centered on the panel. Turn the 2¼"x2" Blue Persuasion tag die-cut as shown and glue just the right end to the panel, ½" from the bottom. Glue a 1¼" and a 7/8" bloom to the tag as shown.
For the inside: Cut 2 5/8"x6¼" Blue Persuasion dark blue paper with roses along the right edge. Mat the left edge on light blue cardstock with a 1/8" border. Glue the paper to the inside center panel, 1/16" away from the right crease.
