Place the card fold at the side. Glue the black stripe paper to the center. Mat the black gears paper with black cardstock, leaving a 1/16” border. Glue to the card center.
Ink the edges of the red dot border and glue across the card center. Foam tape the large black “happy Birthday” chipboard to the center. Knot a 4” length of red ribbon and Zot® the knot to the bottom of the chipboard.
