Place the card fold at the top. Cover the card with black glimmer paper. Glue a 6 ¼”x4 ¾” rectangle of sheet metal paper to the front of the card. Tear the left edge of a 4”x 4 ¼” rectangle of burgundy paper and glue a 3” circle sheet metal paper to the center. Stamp the large gear stamp onto the circle. Stamp “Happy Birthday” across the center. Secure silver gears to the top left and bottom right. Secure a large silver spinner to the lower left. Glue the torn burgundy paper to the right side of the card.
Print tiles, 5/8”x ¾” tall and glue and foam tape to the coordinating burgundy tag. Glue the tag to the left side of the card under the point of the spinner. Glue a gear to the tag.
Inside the card: Tear a burgundy corner and glue to the top left of the card inside back. Stamp “celebrate” to a long tag and glue overlapping the corner. Secure a small spinner over the tag.
