Happy Birthday
Die-cut the Center Step Card Cutting Die out of the Poppies 12x12 patterned cardstock, follow instructions on the package. Trim out the blank green cutout, the "Happy Birthday", and "Friends Always" cutouts from the Poppies Cardstock. Attach the green cutout 1/4" from the top and right sides with the tape runner.
Select the Fabulous Feathers Topper Set. Use the Arches Cutting Dies with Gold Glitter to cut a mat for the hummingbird arch. Tape them together and foam tape it onto the green cutout, 1/4" from the bottom and right side.
Foam tape the "Happy Birthday" cutout and place at an angle above gold arch as shown. Make and Zot™️ a 1 1/2" wide pink bow in top left corner. Foam tape the hummingbirds in separate pieces as shown. Save remaining Topper flowers for inside. Place Diamond Sparkles as shown.
Cut 5 7/8"x1 ½” strip of gold glitter cardstock and with the tape runner place 2" from the card bottom. Use extra sticky tape to place the oval cutout in the center of gold glitter strip. Secure the "Celebrating You" cutout along the center of the oval cut-out with extra sticky tape. Make and Zot™️ a 1 1/2" wide pink bow as shown. Build the remaining flower Toppers in the lower corners with foam tape. Add Diamond Sparkles and glue the Fly circle as shown.
