Bouquet Pop-Up Thank You Card
Instructions:
1. For the front: Cut 4¾"x6¼" Secret Garden blue leaves cardstock with branches at the top and ink the edges with Midnight. Wrap blue crepe ribbon across it, 1¾" from the bottom, and glue the ends to the back. Glue the cardstock centered on the card front.
2. Die cut the flower holder from Secret Garden green vines cardstock and follow the package directions to crease the scores. Overlap the straight edges ⅛" and glue them together. Place green border Dazzles™ near the upper front edges, trimming the excess. Tuck 2-3 layers of foam tape down inside the cone to make sure it stays 3-dimensional. Use sticky tape to attach it to the card front, slipping it under the ribbon as shown.
3. Make a 4-loop blue crepe ribbon bow and tie the center with thread. Glue it to the first ribbon at the left side of the flower holder. Cut the “you are a blessing” label die-cut to 2¼", then foam tape it the front at the upper right as shown.
4. Die cut many flowers from white, yellow, blue, purple, and pink solid cardstocks. Ink the edges with matching inks, using Damson Wine on the white flowers. Use the ruler and bone folder to score through the center of the flower petals. Gently fold the petals upward on the scores.
5. Die cut leaf sprigs from dark green cardstock and ink the edges with Pine Tree. Stack and glue flower layers together, then glue and foam tape leaves and flowers in and on the flower holder as shown. Glue a small flower to the bow center, then place single pearls in the flower centers.
6. Place two gold butterfly Dazzles on Secret Garden pink vines cardstock and cut along the edges. Glue them to the front as shown, tucking foam tape under the wings.
7. For the inside: Cut 5"x5" blue vines cardstock with purple flowers along the left and mat the upper and lower edges on solid blue cardstock with ⅛" borders. Glue it centered on the inside. Place green pearl border Dazzles™ along the upper and lower edges of the patterned cardstock, trimming the excess.
8. Cut out the pink square blank label, then glue it and the purple “thank you” die-cut to the inside as shown. Die cut more flowers and leaves from solid cardstocks, ink the edges, and score the flower petals. Glue them to the inside as shown and place pearls in the flower centers. Back another gold butterfly Dazzles™ with pink vines cardstock, then glue it as shown.
