For the bag: Punch out chipboard frame and ink it black. Glue to the yellow textured paper, then trim around the outer edges. Attach the "Boo" sticker to the yellow paper at the center of the frame.
Glue a 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" striped paper rectangle over the bag, 1/2" from the bottom, with stripes vertical. Glue "Boo" frame centered over the top edge of the striped paper. Attach fence sticker to a 1" strip of yellow textured paper. Glue across the bag, 1/8" from the bottom, trimming the edges evenly.
Attach the spooky eyes sticker to yellow textured paper, then trim even with the edges. Glue to top of bag as shown. Add spider and star stickers as shown. Add bat brad to right corner. Ink the edges of the bag.
For the tag: Cover the tag with striped paper, with stripes horizontal. Ink the edges. Glue a portion of the remaining fence sticker (on yellow paper) across the tag, 3/4" from the bottom. Add cat and star stickers as shown. Computer print "Happy Halloween!" on yellow paper, then glue centered over the chipboard star. Trim edges evenly, then ink edges, using cotton swab for tight corners. Glue star to tag as shown. Re-punch hole at top of tag and tie fiber through the hole. Add bat brad.
