Lay the “Delightful Doves” printed base down and place two layers of foam tape along the edges. Place two teaspoons of Soft Snowfall in the center. Remove frame and place over the foam tape. Tape and foam tape the foiled accents as shown. Place red Jewel Dazzles™️ as shown. Fold the white ribbon in half. Push the loop through the hole in the top of the terrarium then insert the ribbon ends into the look and pull tightly.
