Place the card with the fold on the side and cover with white snowflakes paper with the blue gingham border on the bottom. Cut the border off of the remaining paper and glue along the card top and glue lengths of white rickrack along the center of each gingham border.
Open the card with the short sides at the top and bottom and position the 8 Circles and Scallops 2½” wide cutting die 1 3/8” from the right and 3/8” from what is now the top of the card. Run through the die cutting machine. Turn the card with the fold on the side. Place a length of Gold Thin Line Dazzles™ extending from the top of the circle window to the bottom of the upper border. Glue the “Noel” circle from the Christmas Wishes die-cut sheet to the lower left with a length of Gold Thin Lines Dazzles™ extending to the border. Foam tape the sleigh circle die-cut near the top on the left and place a length of Gold Thin Lines Dazzles™ extending to the top of the border.
Use ¾” wide Picnic blue crepe ribbon to make 2 bows and Zot to the 2 top circles. Knot two lengths of ½” wide red/white gingham ribbon together and Zot to the top of the “Noel” circle.
Inside: Cut a 3¼” square of acetate and glue to the back of the die-cut window. Die cut a 3 3/8”x6½” red dot cardstock with the 2 ½” circle, making sure to align the cut-out with the window. Glue the cardstock to the back of the card front. Right Side: Cover with blue gingham border paper with the border at the top. Glue the “Happy Christmas” oval die-cut and glue “Noel” packages die-cut circle to the card so that it appears inside the window when the card is closed. Place a length of God Thin Lines Dazzles™ from the top of the circle to the border. Use ¾” wide Picnic blue crepe ribbon to make a bow and Zot to the top of the circle.
