Deep-Embossed Watch Card
Card front: Place a blank card with the fold on your left. Mat 4¼”x6¼” Honeysuckle black honeycomb paper on grey honeycomb paper with a 1/16" border. Stamp the pocket watch in StazOn® Silver three times along the left side, going off the left edge, as shown. Glue the matted piece 1/16” from the right side.
Tear ½” from the left side of 3½”x6½” marble vellum. Swipe the right edge with VersaMark&trade,; sprinkle with Ebony Ultra High embossing powder and set from below with the heat gun. Zot™ even with the right side of your card.
Swipe a 2 3/8”x2 3/8” black cardstock with VersaMark™ and dust with Ebony embossing powder, leaving loose areas around the edges, and a thick layer in the center. Heat from below until most of the powder is melted, and then heat from above to finish. Immediately stamp the pocket watch in Silver as shown, pressing into the melted embossing powder (you must do this quickly while it is still melted). Remove the stamp and clean thoroughly.
Mat the piece on Silver Linen paper with a 1/16" border and foam tape on point at the lower right corner of your card. Place “Best Wishes” Dazzles™ on the top and place silver Bling on the watch and to the left of the Dazzles™ as shown. Tie a double length of black twine around the card front, next to the fold, with a bow near the top.
Card inside: Glue 4¾”x2½” grey/black dot paper 1/8” from the top edge. Glue 4¾”x1/16” Silver Linen paper ¼” from the top edge of the dot paper.
Tear ½” from the bottom of 4¼”x2¾” marble vellum and journal “All the best.” at the bottom right corner. Stamp a row of three overlapping pocket watches in Silver along the top, going off the edge, as shown. Glue along the bottom edge of the silver strip. Place silver Bling on the watch centers, and to the right of the sentiment.
