Batty For You Card

Card front: Place your card with the fold on left. Cut 5"x4 1/2" of orange paper and stamp all over with the bats stamp. Glue to card at the top. Ink edges with Jet Black StazOn® and a cosmetic sponge. Cut out 5"x2" Spooky triangles paper and sprinkle Spoonful of Midnight Embossing Powder along one long side of the strip. Place on a (thin) piece of clean scrap paper and heat from below with a heat gun until fully melted. Glue the strip to the bottom of the card as shown. Glue black ribbon across the bottom of the orange section, trimming to fit. Cut 6"x1" Spooky purple dot paper and ink the edges. Glue across the top right corner of the card at an angle as shown and trim excess. Stamp "Batty for You!" in black on white cardstock and trim to 2”x5/8”. Mat on black cardstock with a 1/16" border. Foam tape to the purple dot strip as shown. Glue a small black bow to the base of the greeting as shown.

Stamp the Batgirl on Ultra Smooth white cardstock and color in with the following Spectrum Noir™ pens:

All gray/black areas shown: Cool grays IG10, IG6, IG4, IG2.

All purple areas shown: Purples LV3, PL4, PL2.

Skin: Pale Hues FS2, FS3.

Cut out around the girl leaving a narrow white border. Foam tape to the card 1/2" from the left and 1" from the bottom.

Card inside: Cut 5"x4" of Spooky orange paper and ink edges black. Glue to the bottom. Cut 5"x2 1/2" of Spooky triangles paper and emboss some Spoonful of Midnight along one long side of the strip, using the same technique as in step 1. Glue to the top, with the glitter along the bottom of the strip as shown. Glue black grosgrain ribbon between the two sections, trimming excess as shown.
