Happy Birthday

Place a blank card with the fold at the top. Tape 6 1/4”x4 5/8” blue Tulip and Butterflies 12x12 Solid Cardstock leaving 1/8” white borders. Place blue Dots Borders Dazzles™️ (if you still have them) or use blue Jewel border Dazzlesâ„¢ as shown. Tape one piece of the tugboat Vroomies Pocket Pad in the center. Use extra sticky tape to attach the starfall acetate to the back of the yellow aperture frame trimming to fit. Add a double layer of foam tape to the outside edges of the aperture and secure over the tugboat image. 

Trim out the middle of the boat and foam tape on the acetate. Trim out the top boat section and double foam tape onto the acetate. Place the border innies Dazzles™ on the frame as shown. Place red “Happy Birthday” Dazzles™️ on the top of the frame. Place gold studs as shown.

Card inside: Cut a 6 1/4”x4 3/4” blue Tulip and Butterflies 12x12 Solid Cardstock and tape to card base leaving 1/8” white borders. Place blue Dots Border Dazzles™️ as shown. Tape yellos inside aperture at an angle as shown. Mat another tugboat to gold Mirri and trim leaving 1/16” gold borders. Foam tape 1/2” from bottom and left edges. Place gold studs and border innies Dazzles™ as shown. Place red “Make a Wish” and heart Dazzles™ as shown.
