For the treat pocket: Trace the paper patterns in the packaging. Cut two triangle pocket front patterns from Winter Wonderland dotted paper. Cut two triangles from blue poinsettia corner paper, cutting them so a flower is included. Open the treat pocket. Glue the dotted triangles centered on the pocket fronts which tuck behind the outer fronts.
Die cut two snow flurry die-cuts from matte silver cardstock. Glue the straight edge of one die-cut behind the long edge on a flower triangle paper. Repeat with the second die-cut on the second flower triangle. Glue the triangles to the outer pocket fronts.
Cut the inside pocket pattern from dark blue matte mirror cardstock twice. With the pocket still open, glue one mirror shape to each inner pocket area, placing it 1/8" from the outer edges. Re-punch the holes in the tops of the pockets. Bring the pocket halves together and tie a bow with 5/8" wide teal dotted ribbon, threading it through both holes.
For each tag: Glue a tag to Winter Wonderland snowflakes patterned paper, then cut the excess paper off along the edge of the tag. Cut 3¼"x1¼" light blue matte mirror cardstock and glue it across the tag, 1 1/8" from the bottom. Trim off the excess along the sides.
