Happy New Year Card
1. Cut 7”x5 1/2” black cardstock. Tape to your craft mat and place stencil #1 over it keeping the top holes near the top of the cardstock. Use Silver ink pad on the open areas. Remove the stencil.
2. Use stencil #2 and place it over the cardstock. Use the Delicata Gold ink pad on the open areas. Remove the stencil.
3. Place stencil #3 and use the palette knife to spread Tacky When Dry over the openings. Remove the stencil and place in water right away. Wait until the Tacky When Dry is transparent.
4. Cut a piece of Polished Gold Foil and use it in the middle area. Then use Chrome Silver Foil on the outside stitching. Trim the black cardstock to 6 ¼”x4 ¾”.
5. Cover the card with silver glitter cardstock. Glue the stencil piece in the center. Place gold Straight Line Dazzles™ stickers around the black cardstock. And place as shown gold and silver balloons with streamers from the Happy Birthday Dazzles™ set.
6. Place “HAPPY NEW YEAR” from the Big Christmas Greetings Dazzles™ on black cardstock and trim to fit. Foam tape at the bottom of the card.
