Tip:
Place stencil over blue Steampunk paper and use blender to apply charcoal ink. Glue to the brown cardstock covered card. Use sponger dauber to apply a thin coat of Copper Penny Stencil Butter over brown Solid Cardstock. Let dry and glue the copper clock over the black stenciled clock. Smudge Stencil Butter to the card edges and let dry.
