Wishes Cake Card

Cut a 5 1/4"x5 3/4" piece of striped paper, and glue centered on the card front. Cut a 2" strip of pink paper and glue centered over the striped strip. Tie a knot with yellow ribbon and attach centered over the pink strip with zips. Stamp "Wishes" onto a aqua label and attach to the card front as shown with pink brads.

Stamp the cake onto white cardstock and color with yellow and pink pencils. Punch into a circle. Squeeze diamond glaze on the candle flames, rosettes and dots between the border on the cake; and let it dry.

Pinch a scalloped circle from black glimmer paper and place a dot of diamond glaze on each scallop. Let it dry and then foam tape the white circle on top.

Inside the card: Cut a 2" strip of striped paper and attach to the top of the card. Stamp "happy birthday!" on a yellow label and attach overlapping the strip with pink brads.

Stamp 2 overlapping candles. Trim into a rectangle and mat on black glimmer paper. Color with pencils and use damond glaze on the candle flames. Let it dry completely.
