Cover the card with navy blue solid cardstock and cut the white snow Freeze The Day 12x12 Patterned Cardstock slightly smaller and ink the edges with Prism Ink. Place the Crackle portion of the stencil on one end of the snow paper and apply both Prussiand Blue and Electric Blue Ink using Blending Tool. Leave stencil in place and apply Twinkle Texture Paste over the ink using palette knife. Remove stencil and wash. When stencil is dry repeat process on opposite end of the card. Let dry. 

Tear the Freeze the Day paper to 3 1/4” paper wide and ink edges with Prussian Blue ink. Glue across the center of the stenciled snowflake paper and glue the paper to the card front. Foam tape a greeting over the top torn edge.
