Hi 5”x7”

Place 5”x7” tent fold card with the fold on the top. Cut four 2”x3” Red Brushed Diamond rectangles and mat on gold cardstock leaving 1/8” gold borders. Glue to the card as shown. Emboss gold cardstock in the Patterned Hearts Embossing Folder and trim four of them out. Glue to the top and bottoms of the rectangles as shown with the heart shoulders at the top and bottom. 

Foam tape the Whopper Topper dog with mail into the center. Make and Zot™️ a 2” wide dotted bow from the Red Ribbon Set and place at the top. Place “Hi” Tiny Words & Phrases Dazzles™️ stickers onto the envelope and place hearts and stars icons above sentiment and at the bottom of Topper.

Open card. Cut 3”x7” Red Brushed Diamond and glue to the left side. Cut 1/2”x7” gold cardstock and glue to the right. Glue each border strip to the right, leaving 1/4” white borders all around.

Emboss three more hearts in vellum and trim out. Glue along the gold border. Foam tape “To My Favourite Human” Topper between the bottom two hearts 1/4” from the left. Place one heart Dazzles™️ stickers from same sheet onto the sentiment. Make and Zot™️ a 1” wide dotted bow from the Red Ribbon Set and place on top of the last heart.
