For the frame: Use the pencils to color a Christmas subway art Colorist paper, pressing firmly for more intense colors. (Use the sharpener to keep the pencils sharp enough to color the tiny areas.) Dip a paper stump into the blending solution and rub it over one color, blending away the pencil lines.
Once all the same color has been blended, clean the stump by rubbing it over the sander, rolling it at the same time. Dip it in blending solution and start on another color. Continue until all the colors are blended.
Cut 5"x7" cardstock (or a piece to fit inside your frame) and glue the colored panel to the center. Cut two 5/8"x5" Hopscotch red pindot papers and glue one along each end of the cardstock, overlapping the panel ends.
Place Dazzles™ between the words on the panel as shown, trimming the thin lines to fit. Place Dazzles™ on and beside the pindot papers as shown, trimming the excess. Place the panel in the frame and secure the back.
