Hung With Care Scrapbook Page
For the page: Use the navy pen to draw stitching lines around the outer edges of a maroon cardstock. Glue the Fresh Frost navy dotted, brown snowflakes, maroon snowflakes, and blue/brown/maroon striped papers to the cardstock, placed as shown, overlapping in the center. Draw stitching along the outer edges of the papers with the navy pen.
Cut two 7" lengths of each ribbon. Glue the tan gingham ribbons vertically from the center to the outer edges, covering the paper edges. Wrap the ends to the back and glue. Repeat with the two maroon gingham ribbons, gluing them horizontally over the paper edges.
Mat each photo on white cardstock with 1/16" borders, then on blue cardstock with 1/8" borders. Draw navystitching along the edges of the blue cardstock. Glue the upper photo and foam tape the lower photo as shown.
Color the double ornament Colorist paper with the alcohol pens, then cut out the holly along the edges. Cut out the two ornaments, leaving a narrow white edge around the outside. Glue the ornaments with the upper ends tucked under the bottom of the upper photo as shown.
Glue a holly cluster in each upper corner. Color the edges of a 1 5/8"x 7/8" Colorist tag with the alcohol pens, cut out, then stamp “hung with care” on it. Foam tape the tag extending from the left holly cluster, then tie a bow with the sheer ribbon and glue to the tag top.
Knot each end of the remaining maroon gingham ribbon, then glue it angled across the upper left corner. Die cut two of each stocking from the Fresh Frost plaid and maroon papers shown, then draw navy stitching along the edges.
Die cut two of each stocking from Fresh Frost tan tapestry paper. Cut the cuffs, toes, and heels off the tan stockings and glue one set to each of the other stockings. Draw stitching on the cuffs, heels and toes, then mat each stocking on white cardstock with 1/16" borders. Stamp holly decorations on the cuffs, then glue to the angled ribbon as shown.
Tie two shoestring bows from each embroidery thread and glue to the stockings as shown. Computer journal on a 2¼"x1¾" Colorist label and on a Colorist banner label. Color the frames with alcohol pens, then foam tape to the page as shown. Place rhinestones on the label, ornament, and stockings as shown.
