For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top. Cut 6 3/8"x4 7/8" Christmas Cheer green diamonds paper and glue centered on the front. Cut 6 3/8"x1½" Christmas Cheer maroon dot paper and mat the long edges on white cardstock with 1/16" borders. Wrap crepe ribbon across it near the top and glue the ends to the back. Glue the strip centered across the diamonds paper.
Color a “be merry” Colorist paper with the pencils. Dip one end of a paper stump into the blending solution and rub over the colored areas, concentrating on one color at a time. Clean the stump between colors by rubbing it across the stump sander. Continue using the stump and solution until all the colors are blended.
Trim the panel to 4½"x5 3/8", then round the corners with the punch. Mat on green cardstock with 1/16" borders, then foam tape to the front, extending 7/8" above the fold. Make a 4-loop crepe ribbon bow and tie the center with thread. Glue to the first ribbon, overlapping the left edge of the panel.
Cut a 3" gingham ribbon and knot the center. Trim the ends, then glue it to the bow center. Place jewel Dazzles™ on the colored panel as shown.
For the inside: Cut 6½"x3" Christmas Cheer maroon/black paper and mat the long edges on black cardstock with 1/16" borders. Cut 6½"x1¼" Christmas Cheer green diamonds paper and mat the long edges on white cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue to the maroon paper, ½" from the top, then glue the maroon paper across the inside center.
Cut out “it’s the most wonderful time of year” and “wishing you the special gifts…” from the Christmas Cheer sayings paper. Mat each on white cardstock with 1/16" borders, then on green cardstock with 1/8" borders. Glue “it’s the most…” sentiment to the upper left as shown.
Knot a 3" gingham ribbon and glue behind the “wishing you…” greeting at the upper right corner so the ends extend out the side. Foam tape the sentiment and place Dazzles™ as shown.
For the envelope: Cut 11"x11" Christmas Cheer maroon/black paper and use the envelope punch board to create an 8"x6½" envelope, using the 5" measurement for scoring. Fold on the score lines and glue the sides to the bottom flap.
