For the card front: Cut 4¾"x6¼" Wonderland blue canvas paper. Wrap a 6" ribbon across it 1" from the bottom and glue the ends to the back. Glue the paper centered on the card front.
Cut 6"x6" white cardstock and die cut snowflakes in it, spaced evenly apart, using both the small and large dies. Cut 4"x5½" white cardstock and tape to the craft sheet. Tape the 6" cardstock over it, then use an art dauber to swirl Tumbled Glass ink into one side of a snowflake opening.
Before the first opening is completely filled, use another dauber with Shaded Lilac ink to ink the remainder. Repeat through all the openings, stenciling the snowflakes in all the Distress inks. Remove the cardstocks from the craft sheet and let dry.
Rub the inked panel with the printing pouch. Stamp the matching snowflakes on each inked snowflake with VersaMark™ ink. Cover with embossing powder, tap off the excess, and use the heat gun to melt. Mat the panel on teal cardstock with 1/16" borders, then glue to the center front, slipping it under the ribbon.
Punch out the die cuts shown and remove the nibs. Cut out the “good tidings” label. Die cut a small snowflake from white cardstock. Load half of a matching snowflake stamp with Tumbled Glass and the other half with Shaded Lilac, then stamp on the die cut.
Foam tape the window to the front along the right edge of the inked panel, overlapping the ribbon. Glue and foam tape the remaining die cuts and greeting as shown. Make a 4-loop bow with the ribbon and tie the center with thread. Glue over the tag top as shown.
Thread the blue button and glue next to the snowflake on the tag. Glue the 3/8" button to the snowflakes at the window top and the ½" button to the bow center. Tie a thread bow and glue to the button on the bow. Knot two threads together, trim the ends, and glue to the button on the snowflakes. Place pearls as shown.
For the inside: Cut 4½"x5" white cardstock, then stencil, stamp, and emboss as for the front panel. Mat on teal cardstock with 1/16" borders and glue centered on the inside. Cut 5"x¾" Wonderland chevron paper and mat the long edges on teal cardstock. Glue across the inside, 2" from the bottom.
Cut out the sentiment and mat on teal cardstock with 1/16" borders. Punch out the die cuts shown and remove the nibs. Die cut a small snowflake from white cardstock and stamp as for the front. Glue the sentiment and die cuts and place pearls as shown.
