For the card: Use the Bendi Card template to trace and cut a card base, right panel, and left panel from green cardstock. Score on the fold lines, crease the scores, and attach the panels to the card base with Ultra Clear tape as the template directs. Open the card and cut the slits in the base and right panel as directed.
For the left panel: Trace and cut the left panel paper pattern from Christmas Cheer green diamonds paper. Attach the “Christmas Cheer” Embellies™ banner to the panels near the lower and right edges. Glue the paper centered on the left panel.
Use the Design Tool kit to trace and cut five holly leaves from green cardstock. Ink the edges, then use the ruler and scoring tool to score the center of each leaf. Gently fold the sides of each leaf upward.
Glue three leaves together in a fan shape. Insert a ½" maroon brad through the leaves, then glue them to the front along the left edge. Glue the remaining two leaves extending from under the first three.
For the right panel: Trace and cut the right panel paper pattern from Christmas Cheer ivory/maroon flowers paper and glue centered on the panel. Re-cut the slit.
Trace and cut four poinsettias from Christmas Cheer maroon dotted paper, then ink the edges brown and score the centers. Gently fold the sides of each petal upward. Trace and cut two poinsettias from green cardstock. Ink the edges, score the petal centers, and fold the petals.
Stack two maroon poinsettias on top of one green poinsettia and insert a ½" yellow brad in the center to secure the flower. Repeat for a second flower, securing it with a black ½" brad. Trace and cut three holly leaves from green cardstock, ink the edges, and score the centers. Glue the flowers and leaves to the panel as shown.
For the card base: Trace and cut the card base paper pattern from Christmas Cheer green dotted paper and glue centered on the panel. Re-cut the slit. Wrap the ribbon around the base along the left edge and knot at the top. Wrap the prongs of a ¾" green brad around the knot.
Trace and cut a sugar plum label from ivory cardstock. Stamp the dog near the left edge and sentiment near the right edge. Color the dog with the pens as shown, then use the lightest brown to “scribble” the ground around his feet.
Mat the label on green cardstock with 1/16" borders. Insert a green pearl brad in the right end, then glue the label to the card base, slipping the left end under the ribbon knot and letting the top extend 1¼" above the card’s upper edge.
To display the card, first insert the right panel’s round tab in the slit in the card base. Now insert the left panel’s round tab in the right panel’s slit. The card will easily stand on display.
