Dangling Snowflake Card
For the card front: Punch out the snowflake from the card, then fold the card following the package directions. Turn the card with the folds horizontal. Punch out the smallest snowflake die cut and remove the nibs. Trace around it onto one corner of the outer snowflake frame, then cut out.
Cut a 3" thread and glue one end between the two small snowflakes. Place the small snowflake in the center of the opening, aligning the thread with the center top of the opening. Tape the thread to the card front and trim off any excess. Place a ¾" Dazzles™ snowflake on each side of the dangle with a Dazzles™ jewel in the center.
Cut 4 5/8"x1¼" Robin’s Red teal striped paper and mat the lower edge on cardstock with a 1/8" border. Glue to the front, aligning the upper and side edges. Cut a 5"x 1/8" strip from the edge of a Dazzles™ sheet, then cut in half. Place the strips 1/16" below the edge of the teal cardstock matting on each side of the front opening and trim the excess. Place Dazzles™ “Season’s Greetings” as shown.
Punch out the largest snowflake die cut and remove the nibs. Cover it with Wink of Stella, let dry, then coat it again. Foam tape to the front, aligning the snowflake points. Place Dazzles™ snowflakes and jewels on the die cut and near the greeting as shown.
For the inside: Cut 4 5/8"x4 5/8" Robin’s Red blue tapestry paper and glue to the inside. Cut 4 5/8"x1¼" Robin’s Red teal striped paper and mat the lower long edge on teal cardstock with a 1/8" border. Glue to the inside, aligning the top with the center fold.
Cut a 5"x 1/8" strip of Dazzles™ material and place below the striped paper as shown. Trim the excess. Place Dazzles™ “snowflakes are winter’s butterflies” centered on the striped paper. Place a Dazzles™ border ¼" from the card bottom, trimming the excess.
Cut two 5"x1/16" strips of Dazzles™ material and place one above and one below the border. Trim the excess. Place the jewel Dazzles™ on the inside as shown.
