Use the Center Step Plus Cutting Die and the maroon Pansy Notes 12x12 Cardstock to run through your Gemini. Cut again out of blue cardstock. Cut and separate the blue cardstock front and back sections. Trim the blue cardstock by 1/8” on each side to fit the front section of the card (save the other for the inside). Glue to the card. Foam tape Teddy with balloons die-cut to the center flush to the top. Place gold “Happy Birthday” Dazzles™️ Stickers around the die-cut. Place large gold studs on the left and right corners. Make and Zot™️ a 1 1/2” wide lavender bow from the 3/4” Crepe Ribbon Set and place on the Teddy die-cut. Foam tape die-cuts to the steps.

Card Inside. Trim the remaining back section from the blue cardstock by 1/8” on each side. Glue to the card. Glue die-cut banner to top right corner. Place small gold studs in bottom left and right corners. Foam tape Teddy die-cut 1” from left. Place “Make a Wish” Dazzles™️ Stickers to the right of the bear. Make and Zot™️ a 1 1/2” wide lavender knot in the center of the sentiment.
