Photos: Start with Simply Susan border art paper as your background. For the left page: Mat a 4”x6” photo on Simply Susan green paper with a 1/8” border, then on white cardstock with a 1/2” border, then on black cardstock with a 1/8” border. Glue to left upper corner as shown. Place a Simply Susan Papier Tole flower in the upper right corner with foam tape, as shown. For the right page: Mat a 4”x6” photo on black cardstock with a 1/8” border, then on white cardstock with a 1/4” border, then on Simply Susan purple floral paper with a 1/2” border. Glue to the lower left corner as shown. Place a Simply Susan Papier Tole butterfly in the upper right corner with foam tape, as shown.
Journaling: For the left page: Print name on 3 3/4”x1 1/4” white cardstock. Then mat on black cardstock with an 1/8” border, then on Simply Susan purple floral paper with an 1/8” border. Place a Simply Susan Papier Tole butterfly in the upper right corner with foam tape, as shown. For the right page: Cut a 2”x2 3/4” Simply Susan purple floral paper and mat on black cardstock with a 1/8” border. Glue above photo, as shown. Print journaling on a 3 1/8”x 3/4” white cardstock. Then mat on black cardstock with an 1/8” border, then on Simply Susan green paper with an 1/8” border. Place a Simply Susan Papier Tole flower in the lower right corner with foam tape. Tie a bow with Simply Susan black dot sheer and Zot™ in the upper left corner. Cut ribbon ends in a “v” shape as shown.
Butterfly on a stick: Following the Papier Tole instructions to assemble the Simply Susan Papier Tole Butterfly and Zots™ on the end of a 4” Licorice Stripe Stylish Stix. Cut 8” Simply Susan black dot sheer ribbon and Simply Susan green crepe ribbon and tie onto the Stylish Stix. Zots™ into the left corner of the left page, as shown. Cut ribbon ends at an angle.
Embellishments: Assemble and place die cuts on corners of pages as shown. Trim die cuts, as needed, to fit with the border on left page and glue Simply Susan green crepe ribbon under flowers as shown. Cut ribbon ends at an angle.
