Die cut the snow globe circle from Winter’s Garden blue Xs paper and from acetate. Die cut the frame from teal cardstock and from craft foam. Cut two 3¼"x1½" white cardstocks. Transfer the cutting line for the large snowdrift to the upper edge of one cardstock and the medium snowdrift line to the second cardstock, then cut both lines. Place the medium snowdrift in front of the large drift, with the top edge slightly lower, and glue together. Glue to the blue Xs circle at the bottom, then trim the excess along the circle edge.
Glue the craft foam frame to the same circle, making sure there’s glue along the entire edge. Place a small spoonful of Snow Elements in the center of the circle, then glue the acetate on top.
