For the card front: Open the card and fold the front in to the center fold, creasing well. Open the card and flatten the front. Cut 6½"x5" white cardstock. Cut 6¼"x4¾" Winter Wishes plaid paper and glue centered on the cardstock.
Cut 4¼"x3¾" Winter Wishes aqua snowflakes paper and use the ½" corner punch to round all the corners. Mat on white cardstock with 1/16" borders. Punch out the Winter Wishes penguin die cuts shown and remove the nibs. Glue the penguin frame centered on the aqua paper.
Stamp five snowflakes across the top of the aqua paper with VersaMark ink. Cover with embossing powder, tap off the excess, and heat to melt. Glue the paper centered on the plaid paper. Wrap purple ribbon around the constructed front, 1½" from the top edge, and glue the ends at the frame top. Turn the card with the fold at the top. Glue just the lower half of the constructed front to the lower half of the card front.
Cut out the “warm winter wishes…” greeting and foam tape to the frame center, overlapping the ribbon. Foam tape the penguin die cut overlapping the greeting at the lower left. Make a 4-loop bow with purple ribbon and tie the center with thread. Glue to the first ribbon, above and left of the greeting. Place rhinestones as shown.
For the inside: Cut 6½"x3¼" Winter Wishes striped paper and mat the upper long edge on navy cardstock with a 1/8" border. Glue to the inside, 7/8" from the center fold. Cut 6½"x2 1/8" Winter Wishes blue snowflakes paper and glue across the center of the striped paper.
Punch out the Winter Wishes die cuts shown and remove the nibs. Stamp “Merry Christmas” on the tag with Pansy ink, then attach the blue ribbon to it. Trim the border die cut to 6½" and glue along the bottom edge of the striped paper. Glue and foam tape the remaining die cuts and place rhinestones as shown. To display the card, open it and tuck the lower front edge behind the label on the inside.
