3 Stars Christmas Cutaway Card

For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top then trim to 6½"x4½". Cut a piece of the gold words paper to cover the front with the words at the top and ink the edges. Glue red rickrack across the piece, 1" from the upper edge, securing the ends at the back. Glue the piece to the front. Trace the pattern onto the front, then cut along the line, creating a cutaway card.

Cover the three chipboard stars with red mesh paper and ink the edges. Place a 1½" Dazzles™ star on each chip star. Foam tape the stars over the rickrack, positioning the largest star in the center.

For the inside: Cut red mesh paper to cover the inside, but don’t glue yet. Cut out the “Merry Christmas” tag and glue as shown. Place three small Dazzles™ stars across the tag’s ribbon area and one on the green ornament. Insert a star brad at the top then glue the constructed piece to the inside. Cut a 6½"x 3/8" red suede paper and mat on gold mesh paper with 1/16" borders. Glue near the lower edge so it shows when the card is closed. Place five small Dazzles™ stars evenly spaced across the sued strip.
