Poinsettia Christmas Cheer Card
For the card front: Turn the card with the fold on the left. Cut red swirls paper to fit the front, but don’t glue yet. Ink the edges. Cut 2"x6½" Color Me tapestry paper and chalk it light green. Chalk again with dark green, covering the edges twice. Chalk the edges lightly with black. Mat the right long edge with ¼" black suede, then trim with the scallop-edged scissors. Glue the piece along the left edge of the swirls paper.
Cut a ¼"x6½" black suede strip and glue to the tapestry paper, 1 ½" from the left edge. Stack a 3¼" ivory poinsettia on a 4" dark red poinsettia. Stack a 2½" dark red flower on top. Secure the stack to the lower area between the black strips using a 5/8" antique silver brad. Cut out the “Christmas Cheer” art, ink the edges, and mat on black suede with 1/16" borders. Glue at the upper right, then insert a mini brad on each side as shown.
For the inside: Cut a 2½"x6½" red argyle paper and scallop the left long edge. Ink the edges and glue along the right side. Cut a ¼"x6½" black suede strip and glue to the red piece, ½" from the scalloped edge. Cut a 3¾" square of tapestry paper and chalk with green and black chalks as described in step 1. Ink the edges. Attach the acrylic sentiment in the center with brads, then glue to the inside as shown.

Cut a ¼"x6½" black suede strip and glue to the tapestry paper, 1 ½" from the left edge. Stack a 3¼" ivory poinsettia on a 4" dark red poinsettia. Stack a 2½" dark red flower on top.
