For the card front: Turn the card with the fold on the left. Cut the green circles paper to cover the front, but don’t glue it yet. Ink the edges. Punch a tree in green paper, an angel in blue cardstock, and a star in burgundy paper. Center each in the circle punch and punch them out. Ink the edges.
Cut four 1¾" squares from burgundy/green striped paper and ink the edges. Glue the punched circles centered in three of the squares. Cut out the "Merry Christmas" circle and foam tape it to the fourth square. Glue the squares evenly spaced to a 3 7/8" square of burgundy paper, positioned as shown. Ink the edges. Mat on blue cardstock with 1/32" borders and ink the edges.
Glue the constructed piece to the circles paper 3/8" from the upper edge. Cut out the "Merry & Bright" acetate art and glue along the left edge of the constructed square. Glue a 6½" blue rickrack length across the circles piece, 1" from the lower edge. Insert three star brads in it near the right side, then glue the rickrack ends at the back. Glue the constructed front to the card.
For the inside: Cut a 5"x3½" striped paper, ink the edges, and glue to the inside. Cut out the “best wishes” acetate art and glue along the upper edge as shown. Cut out the sentiment and mat on burgundy with 1/16" borders. Ink the edges. Punch two stars from blue cardstock and ink the edges. Slip one star over the upper right and one over the lower left corner of the sentiment and glue to secure. Glue the sentiment centered on the striped paper.
