For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top. Cover with Christmas green border paper with the border on the left, leaving the lower right side unglued. Cut nine 4¾"x1¼" strips of Christmas papers from the burgundy/green floral set. Follow the photo to place them on the front, overlapping the edges to vary the widths. Glue in place. Cut a 5"x½" Christmas burgundy textured paper and glue vertically over the left ends of all the strips.
Cut out the Christmas burgundy tag. Stamp “Noel” near the fastener end with a swirl under it. Cut two 4" ribbon lengths and knot together near one end. Punch a hole in the tag and thread the two unknotted ends through to the back. Glue the tag to the front, 5/8" from the right edge. Glue the ribbon ends under the papers, then glue the paper in place. Punch out the Santa papier tole and stack as directed, placing foam tape between the layers (I left off the last 8 corner pieces). Glue to the front, then cut Dazzles™ and place on the card as shown.
For the inside: Cut 4½"x3½" Christmas burgundy floral paper and mat on Christmas burgundy textured paper with 1/16" borders. Glue centered on the inside, leaving the right edge unglued. Trace and cut a Victorian label from Christmas striped paper and stamp “Season’s Greetings” on the right end. Trim the left end off and mat the label on Christmas burgundy textured paper with 1/16" borders. Mat on Christmas green textured paper with 1/32" borders, then punch a hole in the right end. Cut, knot, and thread two more ribbons through the hole as before. Glue the label as shown and secure the ribbon ends under the right paper edge. Glue the edge in place.
Cut 1 3/8"x5" border section from Christmas burgundy border paper and glue over the label’s left end as shown. Cut a ¼"x5" Christmas green textured paper and glue over the left edge of the border. Cut out the Christmas art and glue to the upper left, then cut the Dazzles™ and place as shown.
