For the card front: With the fold at the top, trim the card to 6 1/2” x 4 1/2”. Now open the card and trim off 1” just from the lower edge of the front, making it 6 1/2” x 3 1/2”.
Punch a border along one edge of the burgundy damask paper for at least 7”. Trim this piece to 6 1/2” x 4” with the border along the lower long edge of the piece. Ink the straight edges and glue it to the card front, allowing the punched edge to extend below the lower edge of the card front.
Stamp the large swirl along the lower edge above the punched border. Stamp the small single swirl to extend beyond the end of the large swirl, ending near the right edge. Stamp tiny snowflakes among the swirls.
Add a 1/2” square of foam tape to the back of a small snowflower. Stack it on top of a large snowflower and then secure the stack with a small red rhinestone flower brad. Glue the stack to the front near the left end of the swirls.
For the inside: Cut a 6 1/2” x 1 1/2” piece of the stripes and mat the upper long edge with red damask. Glue it along the lower edge of the inside back.
Cut a 3” x 2 1/2”piece of the red damask and mat it on the tan damask. Stamp tiny snowflakes evenly spaced over this piece, allowing some to extend off the edges. Stamp “merry Christmas” onto the acrylic and cut it to 2 1/2” x 2”. Add glue just behind the holly leaves and adhere it centered on the snowflake piece. Glue it above the stripes on the inside back.
