Hello Card
Card is 3.5”x8.5”
Cut a 4”x9” piece of Blue Bubbles gnome paper using the sky part of the paper. Place the Bubbles stencil over the paper and ink the bubble images. Ink one large bubble shape over the bird on the bottom border of the paper. Cut around the bubble shape. Let dry. Cut the larger paper to 3.5”x8.5”. Squirt the Crystal Lacquer over random bubble shapes in the bubble pattern.
Squirt the Crystal Lacquer over the bird bubble. Let dry thoroughly.
Glue the paper to the front of the card.
Cut out the border of the Gnome paper with the gnome blowing bubbles. Foam tape to the front of the card. Squirt Crystal Lacquer over the bubbles that the gnome is blowing. Let dry. Foam tape the bird bubble to the card front.
