For the card: Trace the patterns for the card base and pocket and cut them from the tan cardstock. Score on the dashed lines. On the card base, fold the smaller front panel over the larger panel. On the pocket, fold all the tabs under.
For the front: Cut 4¾"x3¼" Vintage Roses dark textured paper and ink the edges. Glue the paper centered on the pocket front, then trim away the excess along the curved top edge, matching the cardstock. Turn the pocket face down and place sticky tape on the three tabs. Remove the tape backing and place the pocket on the card front flap, aligning the edges.
Cut 5"x6" white cardstock and place it in the MISTI. Stamp the large wreath and four matching blossoms on the cardstock, repeating the stamping until you’ve gotten dark impressions. Stamp two side-flying butterflies and four straight-flying butterflies, and “for you” in the wreath center.
Color the wreath flowers and the extra blossoms in shades of pink, coral, and brown. Color the butterflies in shades of lavender and purple. Cut out the wreath and the small images, leaving narrow white edges on them. Glue the wreath to the front, extending above the pocket top 1". Foam tape the small flowers and two butterflies as shown.
For the inside left: Cut out the Vintage Roses border cutout and ink the edges. Cut a 5" length of the border and glue it near the upper pocket edge. Cut out the Vintage Roses “happy birthday” label, ink the edges, then mat it on dark brown cardstock with 1/8" borders. Glue it to the pocket, then foam tape a butterfly on it as shown.
For the inside right: Cut 4¾"x6¼" Vintage Roses lacy roses border paper and ink the edges. Wrap a 5" length of ¾" wide lace across the paper, ¾" from the top, and glue the ends to the back. Mat the remaining border cutout on dark brown cardstock with 1/8" borders, then trim it to 4¾" long. Foam tape it to the paper, overlapping the top edge of the lace. Glue the paper centered on the large inside panel.
